I was raised in Myrtle Beach, SC where I graduated from Coastal Carolina University. In 2016 I moved up the coast and found my new home in Wilmington, NC. As a native of the Carolinas, I am a believer in Southern hospitality and I feel honored to help others find their home in this beautiful part of the world.
I love all of the charm Wilmington has to offer and enjoy spending my free time discovering new parts of the city. I also have a passion for home decor and love designing spaces to truly make a house a home.
I strive to exceed my clients expectations with my dedication, honesty, and strong negotiation skills. I am specialist in the community and can assist you with all of your real estate needs. I will work hard to make sure your buying and selling process is a truly enjoyable experience.

I am a Southern California girl born and raised! My education took me east to Ohio, where I graduated with a degree in psychology from Youngstown State University. While pursuing my degree I discovered my passion for helping people. This passion has driven me throughout my careers, which started in mortgage lending. I spent 10 years in the lending industry before I decided to shift to real estate.
My journey in real estate started in January of 2017, when I started with United Real Estate East Carolina. I worked on the award winning Dan Jenkins Team, and helped grow it to the top team in sales volume in all of United Real Estate. From this experience I was given knowledge and tools necessary to start my own team. I started Carolina Proud Realty LLC, and Carolina Proud Property Management Company LLC with my husband John Hromyak.
Real Estate is a passion of mine, but my true joy is my family. I am a proud mother of a 9-year-old son. On the weekends you can find me on a beach with a book, watching John toss the football with our son. I love spending as much time outdoors as possible, which is one of the reasons I love the beautiful state of North Carolina. I have lived all over the country, but eastern North Carolina is where I call home. From the amazing beaches and mountains, to the caring neighborly people, there is no place like North Carolina. I would be honored to guide you through the process of finding your piece of this great state, and make it your home.
Real Estate has been a lifelong dream of mine for as long as I can remember. I used Facelift because my father, Walter Ray Hall, had Facelift Construction and I wanted to carry on his legacy. My entire family is involved in homes in one way or another. I use to make visits to homes and look at how they were set up and/or decorated. I even drew out floor plans/blueprints of homes when I was old enough to draw. My goal is to help as many people as I can achieve the all time "American Dream" of owning a home. My mom, Ella Mae Jones, and grandmother, Mary M. Jones, loved the design aspect of it all, so I just want to make all of them proud. They're not with me in the physical sense but they will always be in my heart. My 94 year old grandfather, Aaron "Buddy" Hall, is the only one that I have left and he was so proud to see what I accomplished and to carry on his son's legacy meant the world to him. That truly made every single struggle, failure, accomplishments, etc. worth it. I just want to be a Blessing to others as they have to me. Helping others is my purpose. I was in the mental health field for almost 20 years so it's in my blood and spirit. I was also raised properly.
I've been a single mother for most of my life and know how hard it is. It was dark when I went to work and dark when I got off 7 days a week. When I purchased my first home, it meant the world to me. I truly have a testimony and understand the struggle so I just want to make others dream come true. I will do everything in my power to bless those who have the same dreams that I had myself. They say to have faith of a mustard seed. God is ALWAYS in control.
Wilmington and the Cape Fear Region are great places to live and work! Which is why I choose to call it home. With roots in New England, I came to Wilmington as a young child in the late 90's.
I eventually left Wilmington to finish my degree and continue my career in the corporate world up North. In 2018, I was able to find my way back to the place I’ve always called home. Later that year, I jumped into the real estate market and have been in it ever since.
In addition, I grew up in a family whose means are based around different trades. With my stepfather in the plumbing business, my father who is in the HVAC and electrical businesses, along with a few other family members who have established a great reputation building homes in the Wilmington area. Their businesses have served as valuable resources, giving me additional knowledge relating to my career.
Real estate is truly a passion for me. With my background in business and customer service, it is easy to see why I have helped dozens of families buy and sell their homes over the years.
Whether a first time buyer, relocating, downsizing, investing, or having a vacation home, every transaction is different and each home has a unique story. I enjoy being a home matchmaker, finding that perfect house for each buyer. Selling your property can seem overwhelming with its own challenges. I'm here to help make the process seamless and get top dollar for you!
I strongly believe in giving back to the community. I have attended mission trips, volunteered with local church ministries, children's ministries and feeding programs. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three kids. I love gardening, photography, creative diy projects and alternative crunchy living.
Coastal living is my happy place and I want it to be yours too!
